Cpl are looking to hire a Team administrator/PA to join their team.

This is a hybrid role based in Dublin 4.
This position is an excellent opportunity for a tech-savvy administrator looking to grow their career.
The role comprises two key areas of responsibility: providing administrative support to the team and delivering personal assistant support to senior leadership.
Duties: Contrctor Care/Team Administration: Point of contact for contractor timesheet system and manual timesheet queries.
Point of contact for contractor compliance and Tifo queries.
Assisting with contract payroll queries and ensuring contractors are paid on time with assistance from the payroll team and recruiters.
Contract creation and management.
Carrying out administrative tasks through system Job science- creating contractor supplier records and candidate placements & extensions.
Weekly report analysis on KPIS of consultants for the team.
Assist in the management of Purchase Orders/Aged debt for the team Liaison with Finance/ Billing/compliance and other departments.
Various drafting of complex reports on a monthly and weekly basis for the pillar using excel and Logix.
Working closely with recruitment pillar directors and managers for weekly and monthly reports.
Ad-Hoc administrative tasks including scheduling meetings and taking meeting notes at high level meetings.
Co-ordination and management of various events across the team.
Credit card expense management.
Personal Assistant: Diary and calendar management Managing expenses and company credit card reconciliation Organising internal and external meetings Taking minutes and following up on actions Preparing presentations and board papers Sales Reporting Organise events and team activities Coordinate management meetings Prepare agendas and supporting reports.
Support the implementation of business strategy Assist with ongoing projects Requirements Previous experience in a Business Administrator, Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar administrative role.
Excellent organisational, communication, and time management skills.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Experience preparing reports, managing data, and maintaining accurate records.
Ability to manage multiple priorities while working to deadlines.
High attention to detail with a proactive and professional approach.
Experience with CRM, payroll, or recruitment systems is an advantage. xyswxtq
