This is a fantastic opportunity to join a progressive operation that is investing in its facilities and expanding its maintenance function, offering long-term stability and development.
You will become part of a close-knit maintenance team currently consisting of 4 engineers, with plans to grow further.
The role operates on a day shift basis across two patterns, providing a strong work-life balance in a fast-paced production environment.
Responsibilities Provide maintenance support across a busy manufacturing and production facility Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and ensure timely completion of tasks Respond to breakdowns and troubleshoot issues efficiently to minimise downtime Work across electrical and mechanical systems on production and packaging equipment Support continuous improvement initiatives within the maintenance function Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and completed work Ensure all work is carried out in line with health & safety and quality standards Collaborate closely with production teams to optimise equipment performance Criteria Proven experience in a maintenance role within a manufacturing environment Ideally a multi-skilled engineer with both electrical and mechanical competencies Strong fault-finding and problem-solving ability, including experience with PLC systems Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Proactive approach with a strong focus on reliability and continuous improvement Good awareness of health & safety standards Reward Salary: €60,000
- €62,000 (depending on experience) Day shift role: 6:00am
- 2:30pm 8:30am
