In this role you will:
Analyze behavior across our digital properties and DTC business. Identify trends and key drivers of sales, CRM and subscription growth.
Lead the implementation and ongoing management of Adobe Analytics, tagging and tracking.
Develop dashboards, reports, and ad hoc analyses that support business objectives and KPIs.
Ensure robust data integrity, working to identify gaps and implement solutions for tracking and measurement.
Continuously identify opportunities to improve site conversion, campaign efficiency, user experience and customer retention through data and insights.
Translate complex data into clear, compelling stories and actionable insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
What you’ll need to be successful:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related mathematical field.
7 to 10 years of experience preferred.
Media performance reporting.
Site and app tagging.
Experience with tag managers.
Coding experience – SQL, JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
Data layer management.
Strong hands‑on experience with Adobe Analytics, including implementation and troubleshooting.
Experience with tag management systems (Adobe Launch, GTM).
Proficient in data visualization and reporting tools (Tableau, Excel).
Solid understanding of digital marketing, media attribution, and e‑commerce KPIs.
Highly analytical with strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
Excellent communication skills; able to translate data into business strategy.
Familiarity with SQL or other query languages a plus.
The starting budgeted pay range for this role will generally fall between $99,700.00 and $117,300.00 per year. Scotts will consider various factors in determining the actual pay, including skills, qualifications, experience, and geographical location. For remote roles where the final candidate resides in Alaska, California, Colorado, Illinois, New York, Oregon, or Washington, state required pay thresholds will be factored into base salary.
