Job Overview Your future starts here. We develop, integrate, and operate the virtual IMS platforms for Swisscom Voice Services. As part of a motivated DevOps team, you will contribute to stable, high‑quality communication across mobile and fixed networks using modern technologies. Responsibilities Develop, integrate, and operate the IMS platform. Automate existing processes using SRE and CI/CD practices. Ensure stable end‑to‑end service operations by identifying and resolving issues. Use modern technologies and actively contribute to the further development of our voice platform. Qualifications Completed vocational training (EFZ) in IT or equivalent practical experience in IT or telecommunications. Experience operating and analyzing mobile or fixed network infrastructures using VoIP protocols (SIP, Diameter, DNS) and IP networks. Strong troubleshooting and performance‑analysis skills in complex networks using telecom‑specific tools (e.g., trace/probe systems, network protocol analysis). Interest in modern ways of working and technologies such as cloud integration in telco environments, automation, CI/CD, and scripting (e.g., Python). Ability to ensure stable operations including testing, monitoring, troubleshooting, incident resolution, and technical documentation, with willingness to participate in on‑call duty and night work. Enthusiasm for new topics, openness to change, willingness to learn and actively contribute experience to the team. Innovative mindset to challenge the status quo and drive forward new and inspiring solutions. Good English skills; German is an advantage. Benefits Flexible working hours.
