Salary Range: $85,000 - $130,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are collaborating with manufacturing firms in Whitehall that are seeking skilled Continuous Improvement Leaders. Key Responsibilities

• Drive the implementation of Lean Six Sigma methodologies across manufacturing operations.
• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams in problem-solving and process optimization projects.
• Identify and prioritize opportunities for waste reduction and efficiency improvements.
• Develop and deliver training programs on continuous improvement tools and principles.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and quantify the impact of improvement initiatives.
• Facilitate root cause analysis and implement sustainable corrective actions for complex operational issues.
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence throughout the organization.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
• 5+ years of experience leading continuous improvement initiatives in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven track record of achieving measurable improvements in safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis and statistical process control (SPC) tools.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and change management skills.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification
• Experience with AI/ML-driven process optimization tools
• Demonstrated success in change management within a manufacturing environment
• Familiarity with Industry 4.0 technologies and their application to CI
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
