An emerging fast-casual pizza concept is seeking a hands-on general manager to launch and lead a new location. This is a unique opportunity to join a growing team with plans for multi-unit expansion. General Manager / Store Manager Benefits & Compensation

General Manager / Store Manager Requirements & Qualifications

  • Operational leadership experience in restaurant or QSR environments
  • Demonstrated success managing high-volume operations
  • Hands-on approach with proven team-building and communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills for scheduling, prep lists, checklists, and workflow
  • Culinary knowledge, quality control, and food safety oversight (ServSafe, preferred)
  • Experience with hiring, mentoring, and staff development
  • Dedication to building a positive, guest-focused culture

General Manager / Store Manager Preferred Background & Skills

  • Culinary background or BOH/FOH management experience
  • Past involvement with new store openings or concept scaling
  • Familiarity with Toast POS systems
  • Experience in catering, event management, or local outreach
  • Menu optimization, pricing, and inventory management skills

General Manager / Store Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Lead, inspire, and train a team to achieve high standards in guest experience and food quality
  • Oversee all daily operations, including kitchen execution and front-of-house performance
  • Manage labor, inventory, and cost controls to maximize profitability
  • Drive implementation of systems and processes for efficiency and consistency
  • Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and compliance with quality standards
  • Recruit, hire, schedule, and coach team members for long-term success
