The Work Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems has an opportunity for a dynamic Engineering Project Manager (EPM) to support Business Development across a growing product line. The Engineering Project Manager (EPM) for Ground Based Air Surveillance (GBAS); Coordinates planning, organization, control, and execution of business capture projects within the TPY-4 market sub-segment. Plans and formulates engineering activities; Manages proposal development for technical and cost content. Facilitates engineering activities to support current and future bids. Ensures accurate and compliant Basis of Estimates (BOE) are developed for specified scope. Assists business development team in creation and refinement of a standard cost model for domestic and international configurations. - Be responsible for cost, schedule, technical performance for assigned capture projects - Direct all phases of assigned projects from inception to completion - Support proposals, develop design to cost, work breakdown structures, identify responsible individuals and accumulate engineering schedule, cost and performance data - Be the Engineering primary contact for Program Manager and liaison to engineering organization for assigned projects - Report program status, issues, progress to management - Lead engineering effort, conduct project reviews, establish milestones and monitors adherence to master plans and schedules, identifies project risks and obtain/develop solutions - Develop tailored engineering process and ensure compliance.

Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $128,400 - $226,435. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays.
