Job Summary:The Senior Marketing Coordinator is responsible for providing support to the Director of Marketing in executing the Division's marketing communications plan and fulfilling local community marketing needs.
This position requires onsite attendance 5 days per week in Westborough, Massachusetts.
Please Note: This position is NOT an IT/Cyber position (Scrum, Agile, Java, Python etc.). This is a Senior Marketing Coordinator role supporting Marketing function within residential homebuilding.
Primary Responsibilities:- Maintain accuracy of all Division's community pages on brand websites and provide necessary creative assets (photos, video, copy, announcements and inventory listings).
- Customize ad templates to meet local market needs, incorporating specific calls-to-action/offers and securing legal approval for all incentives.
- Create and distribute email marketing strategy per community and division including Realtor communication.
- Manage and support Division social media marketing including, content planning, posting and monitoring performance across social platforms
- Order and manage creative assets for communities (Room Designer, Virtual Tours, IFP's, SAM's)
- Create and order community brochures and collateral.
- Provide community-level marketing point-of-sale materials such as displays, flyers and inserts.
- Proficient in Marketing Dashboard & CRM, pull division weekly and monthly reporting for Supervisor (if applicable).
- Provide ongoing community presentation audit/assessment from consumer's point-of-view ensuring integrity of signage, flags, welcome mats, etc.
- Track and process invoices relating to marketing plan execution.
- Coordinate, execute and assist with special community events and neighborhood openings.
- Maintaining relationships with 3rd party vendors for various marketing needs.
- Update and monitor MLS listings in conjunction with local broker solution (if applicable).
- Assist with competitive research and market analysis including, pulling, organizing, and analyzing data to support pricing, positioning and feasibility work.
- Participation in monthly field calls and annual marketing summit.
- Confidently presents and interacts with supervisor and peers.
- Serves as a resource for peer to peer training and Home Office pilot opportunities (if applicable).

- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Communications or equivalent
- Minimum 3-years prior experience in a Marketing support role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to organize & analyze data
- Working understanding of Adobe Creative Suite preferred but not required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to effectively prioritize, work well in high stress situations and under tight deadlines
- Ability to work in a team or independently when required
$32.00 - $39.00 hourly
Hired applicant will be eligible to earn overtime.
Hired applicant will be eligible to receive a bonus in the amount of approximately $4,400 - $8,100 annually.
In addition to up to 9 paid company holidays per year, employees are eligible for up to 6 days of sick pay. Moreover, eligible employees with less than 10 years of service can accrue up to 17 PTO days per year (and up to 22 PTO days per year upon 10 or more years of service).
