Population Health Data Analyst Planning & Analytics for Total Health (PATH) is a team that combines real‑time data insights with clinical expertise to drive informed decision‑making in healthcare. By transforming employee benefits data into actionable, prescriptive strategies, PATH helps enhance plan performance, control costs, and promote healthier workforces.
Responsibilities Assist in the extraction, aggregation, and quality assurance of data from multiple sources to support client and operational reporting. Engage in developing and executing analytical and research activities, providing senior client teams with critical insights for strategic decision‑making regarding healthcare utilization and costs. Research and implement innovative methods for medical cost management and benefit design, while delivering actionable reporting and analytics that demonstrate the value of PATH’s services to employer clients.
Qualifications 3–5 years in healthcare analytics, informatics, or report development, and/or 3–5 years working in a data warehouse environment (e.g., Artemis Health, Cotiviti, SCIO, Springbuk). Experience working with managed care enrollment and claims data. Strong communication skills and ability to translate data into meaningful information in reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders. Knowledge of data privacy standards and HIPAA requirements. Expertise in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
Preferred Qualifications Strong knowledge of the dynamics of group health benefits. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent career experience (preferred fields: health sciences, information technology, statistics, or related field).
