Responsibilities
Report Development: Design, build, and maintain complex Workday reports, dashboards, and scorecards (e.g., turnover, headcount, DEI) to support HR and business leaders.
Data Analysis & Insights: Perform deep‑dive analyses to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement across the employee lifecycle.
Data Governance & Integrity: Maintain data accuracy, consistency, and compliance across Workday and downstream systems, conducting regular audits.
Technology Utilization: Leverage Workday tools (Prism Analytics, Worksheets, Discovery Boards, Report Writer) to integrate with visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with HR stakeholders and leaders to define success metrics for analytics initiatives.
Automation & Process Improvement: Reduce manual reporting efforts through automation and AI, and provide training for report self‑service.
Configuration and development: Configure HCM applications, develop custom solutions for business partners and key stakeholders, and develop data‑driven solutions to complex HR data issues or problems.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
4‑6 years of experience creating advanced, matrix, and composite reports in Workday; at least 3 years with Prism Analytics; 4+ years in core HR functions such as recruiting, compensation, or payroll.
Expert knowledge of enterprise HR system configuration (medium proficiency) and advanced system configuration, integrations, business process workflow, advanced reporting analytics & visualization (high proficiency).
Good understanding of current trends and best practices across HRIS, LMS, ATS, time & attendance and related systems.
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, organizational, and time‑management skills; excellent verbal and written communication.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, advanced knowledge of Workday Report Writer, calculated fields, composite reports, Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
Preferred credentials: Senior Professional Human Resources – Human Resource Certification Institute; Workday Pro or specialized Workday reporting or analytics.
Compensation The starting pay range for this position is: $99,500.00 – $132,900.00.
Additionally, for full‑time positions, you will be eligible to participate in our incentive program based upon the achievement of organization, team and personal performance.
