JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY Provides User business process, application and accounting support for daily management of the Smart Buy, Source to Pay application. Users are defined as Andersen employees and 3rd party suppliers. This role has oversight to ensure application is operating as expected, in an efficient and effective manner, according to application design, and in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, IRS / Tax regulations and any Company policy or any other regulatory or governing body.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure the application of internal controls is effectively in place and performing as planned.
Daily monitoring of application financial transactions controls and exceptions processes.
Includes but not limited to: discrepancy issues, receiving processes, approval chain monitoring, application failures for outbound PO and inbound invoice failures, data integration failures, etc.
Provide operational support to both internal and extern users and power users related to the purchasing and invoicing processes as well as application functionality.
Log all user related issues internally or with Coupa to ensure timely resolution.
Includes basic to intermediate problem solving and issue resolution.
More complex issues are to be elevated to the Senior or Lead Administrator. Ensures period end and other critical financial cycles are supported and prioritized accordingly.
You can expect to work a hybrid schedule meaning 3 days/week on site and 2 days remote.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
Required BA or BS in Accounting or Finance or Business Management; SaaS / IT Data Management Certification preferred or related field of study or 5+ years work experience in a related field
5-7 years of experience in relevant functional area or commensurate role
Minimal experience working with a business owned application with a mix of Accounting and Information Technology technical knowledge
Strong communication skills and experience acting as a liaison between internal and external application users in a ‘help desk’ environment
COMPENSATION Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. Your recruiter can share more about the specific compensation package for your preferred role during the hiring process.
PAY RANGE $69,840.00 - $104,760.00

PROFIT SHARING In 2026 Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $3,600 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit Sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
