Job Details Location: Columbus, Ohio or Houston, TX (hybrid on-site). Job Type: Contract. Compensation Range: $45 - $50 per hour. Pay will be based on education, work experience, location, specific job duties, certifications, and other factors. Responsibilities Partner with cross‑functional product, architecture, and UX teams to translate complex stakeholder needs into end‑to‑end omnichannel solutions. Facilitate agile ceremonies and behavior‑driven development (BDD) workflows to ensure seamless technical delivery and absolute requirement traceability. Optimize delivery workflows by leveraging approved AI tools and structured prompt engineering to accelerate technical documentation and backlog grooming. Analyze delivery KPIs and system change impacts to provide data‑driven proposals that mitigate deployment risks and improve project outcomes. Qualifications Demonstrated experience as a Senior Business Analyst leading digital transformation initiatives within enterprise‑level agile environments. Advanced proficiency in Jira, Figma, and BDD practices, with a proven ability to translate design concepts into clear technical specifications. Proven track record of utilizing structured AI prompting (JSON/table format) and data analytics to significantly improve operational throughput. Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field, combined with exceptional communication skills to align technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
