Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies, backlog management, Epic decomposition, and user story creation.
Proven experience writing clear business requirements, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
Experience working directly with Business Stakeholders, Product Owners, and development teams in a fast-paced Agile environment.
Strong analytical, communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
