Key Responsibilities
Gather and document business requirements related to customer onboarding, billing, service assurance, and retention.
Work with stakeholders across marketing, sales, customer service, and IT to define and prioritize CRM features and enhancements.
Analyze existing CRM processes and recommend improvements aligned with telecom business goals.
Translate business requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications.
Collaborate with development, QA, and integration teams to ensure accurate implementation.
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and training initiatives.
Monitor CRM system performance and user feedback to identify and implement improvements.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all CRM workflows.
Required Skills
Experience with CRM systems in the telecom domain (e.g., Salesforce, Amdocs CRM, Microsoft Dynamics, Siebel).
Understanding of telecom business processes: order-to-cash, customer lifecycle management, churn analysis, customer support workflows.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent documentation skills (BRDs, FRDs, use cases, process flows).
Familiarity with data models, relational databases, and API integrations.
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum or Waterfall methodologies.
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
