What you can expect
Partner closely with a diverse set of stakeholders (e.g., Marketing, RFP, Operations, Product, Portfolio Management, Asset Management, Business Development, etc.) to understand data requests, clarify requirements, and translate business questions into well‑defined analytical deliverables.
Develop, integrate, and maintain analytical datasets by combining data from multiple internal and external sources, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and scalability to support business reporting and decision‑making needs.
Translate business needs into actionable requirements and partner closely with Technology teams to design, architect, and deliver effective data and analytics solutions using a modern approach.
Drive effective management and scaling of AI use cases by establishing best practices, standardizing tools and methodologies, and building foundational AI capabilities that enable broader, responsible adoption across teams.
Apply strong data governance practices by documenting data sources, definitions, and transformations; supporting data quality checks; and contributing to the maintenance of trusted, well‑governed datasets.
Utilize the evolving list of firm approved tools such as Microsoft Purview, CoPilot Studio, Azure, Claude and related platforms—to make use of end‑to‑end data and analytics solutions with AI capabilities.
Support the broader Global Business Enablement team by adapting to evolving priorities, taking on multiple roles as needed, and contributing flexibly across functions.
Lead effective project management by driving clear plans, timelines, and deliverables; provide timely and transparent status reporting; and deliver compelling executive‑level storytelling that enables alignment, informed decisions, and stakeholder confidence.
What you will bring
Bachelor's degree in information systems, Finance, or a related field
5+ years of experience in data management, data delivery, and business analysis.
Hands‑on experience with SQL , Dashboarding (e.g. Power BI, Fabric Workspaces, AI tooling) , Excel (Advanced Proficiency)
Strong understanding of data governance tooling and data quality frameworks, and issue resolution processes.
Experience delivering data products or reusable datasets that support self‑service analytics and enterprise reporting
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Genuine enthusiasm for AI and emerging technologies, demonstrated by active engagement with the latest tools and ongoing self‑directed learning
Experience working with Real Estate or Asset Management is a strong plus

Note: Prudential is required by state-specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The salary range for this role is from $120,000 to $150,000. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills. Roles may also be eligible for additional compensation and/or benefits.
