Job Description DXC Technology is a leading enterprise technology and innovation partner delivering software, services, and solutions to global enterprises and public sector organizations. We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with Workers Compensation knowledge and experience with 5+ years insurance experience. The role bridges the gap between IT and insurance operations, analyzing, designing, and implementing technical solutions for policy, claims, and underwriting systems. It requires deep knowledge of US workers’ comp regulations, experience in requirement gathering, SQL, Agile methodologies, process analysis, and project leadership.
Key Responsibilities & Skills
Strategic Analysis: Evaluating business needs to create, test, and implement technical solutions.
Project Leadership: Managing the full project lifecycle, defining scope, managing risks, mentoring junior staff, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Documentation: Creating detailed requirements, functional specifications, and data flow analyses.
Stakeholder Communication: Collaborating with various departments to align IT systems with business goals.
Tools Proficiency: Advanced skills in MS Office (Word, Excel) and data visualization tools.
Qualifications & Compensation
Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or technology preferred; Master’s preferred.
Experience: 3–5+ years in a business analyst role and 5+ years’ experience in the insurance software domain.
Regulatory Knowledge: Experience and knowledge of US workers’ compensation regulations.
Salary range: $84,400 – $156,800. Full‑time hires eligible for DXC’s benefit program.
