The Opportunity At Brkthru, data and analytics help drive every media decision we make. As an Analytics & Measurement Intern, you'll work alongside our analytics team to help organize reporting frameworks, measurement methodologies, and performance insights that support campaigns across a wide range of digital advertising channels. You'll gain exposure to how advertisers measure success, learn how data informs decision-making, and contribute to projects that support future automation and AI-powered analytics initiatives. This internship is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, organization, research, and turning information into actionable insights.
What You’ll Do
Support analytics, reporting, and measurement projects.
Review reports and dashboards to document key metrics, KPIs, business objectives, and reporting requirements while helping identify opportunities for reporting automation and standardization.
Assist with dashboard development and reporting improvements, helping organize data and support efforts to reduce manual reporting for client-facing teams.
Contribute to operational improvement projects, including reporting system audits, access and login management, documentation cleanup, and other initiatives that improve efficiency and scalability.
Research analytics, measurement, and technology partners, organizing materials, documenting use cases, and supporting future AI and automation initiatives.
Time permitting, you’ll complete a final project developing an agentic solution powered by all or part of a Brkthru measurement knowledge center.
What You’ll Gain
Hands-on experience with digital advertising analytics, reporting, and measurement strategies.
Exposure to how performance is measured across channels including paid social, search, video, connected TV, and programmatic advertising.
Experience working with reporting frameworks, dashboards, data visualization, and performance analysis.
Opportunities to collaborate with both Analytics and Client Services teams, gaining insight into how reporting and measurement support client strategy and decision-making.
Insight into emerging technologies including AI-powered analytics, automation, and knowledge management systems.
Mentorship from experienced analytics and client-facing professionals, along with structured learning and the opportunity to complete a capstone project.
Requirements
Currently pursuing a degree in Analytics, Marketing, Advertising, Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. Recent graduates may also be considered.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Comfortable working with data and spreadsheets.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Curious, analytical, and eager to learn with a high level of professionalism to operate in a remote-first workplace.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Excel, Google Sheets, data visualization tools, or reporting platforms.
Demonstrated interest in AI, automation, knowledge management, or analytics.
Familiarity with generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, Gemini, or similar technologies.
Curiosity about how structured information can be transformed into scalable AI-powered solutions.
Based in Michigan
Other Details This is a paid internship compensated at an hourly rate of $13.73/hour . Interns may work up to 20 hours per week, with a typical schedule averaging 15–20 hours per week, depending on workload and individual availability.
This is a Fall 2026 Internship opportunity starting on September 7, 2026 and ending in December 2026.
Brkthru operates as a fully remote company with in-person collaboration that varies by role. We uphold the expectation that all team members maintain a dedicated and reliable workspace, free from distractions, to ensure optimal productivity. For this role, we anticipate some in-person collaboration if possible and the candidate’s physical location and schedule allows.
