The Inside Sales Coordinator is responsible for maintaining and growing Berks relationships, sales and margin at the independent distributors in our network. This individual will work to develop relationships and a deep understanding of the customers Go to Market strategies and work closely with the Sales Agencies to execute at a high level, growing both sales and margin. The right candidate knows how food service gets done! What You'll Own
Build relationships within different levels of the distributor Understand the customers GTM strategies and who they sell to Create and drive a strategy to not just maintain, but grow Berks presence within the accounts Prospect new accounts using Berks history as a primary source Work closely with the Sales agency to target accounts, drive sampling and key follow up Help create a frictionless process for the customer to make Berk the easy choice Drive pricing strategies that support pricing hierarchies while creating sales and margin opportunities Work cross functionally both internally and externally to create marketing materials for the customer Forecast effectively to ensure consistent supply Use both Phone, email and direct mail communication to drive desirable outcomes What You Bring
Financial acumen, understanding of basic P&L Excellent verbal and written communication Flexibility and ability to lead through change Strong motivation for success A creative mind for sales ideas and problem solving Strong Microsoft skills An understanding of foodservice Why This Role Matters
