Job Duties
Analyze and process large healthcare datasets to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.
Apply statistical methods and data analysis techniques using Python, R, and SQL to generate insights, identify trends, and support data-driven decision-making.
Create and maintain business intelligence dashboards, data visualizations, and analytical reports for internal teams and clients.
Translate business and operational requirements into analytical queries, metrics, and reporting solutions through collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Support data validation, model testing, and ongoing improvement of analytics processes to enhance reporting accuracy and efficiency.
Job Requirements Education Requirement: Master’s degree in data analytics or other closely related fields.
Experience Requirement: At least 1-year working experience as a data specialist or similar role in the healthcare industry with strong data analysis skills.
