Über

Highly responsible technical and administrative work in support of information systems in an assigned area of responsibility independently performing consulting, designing, programming, installing, maintaining quality assurance, troubleshooting and or technical support for applications, hardware and software products, databases, database management system, support products, network infrastructure equipment or telecommunications infrastructure, software or hardware. Work includes coordinating projects such as conducting technical needs assessments, creating installation plans, analyzing and correcting network malfunctions, serving as system administrator and enhancing operating environments; and related work as required.
Qualifications
A Bachelor's Degree in computer science, Computer Information Systems (CIS), Geographic Information Systems (GIS), engineering, telecommunications or a closely related field from an accredited college or university AND one(1) year of progressively responsible experience installing, maintaining and troubleshooting computer hardware and software.
Five (5) years of progressively responsible experience installing, maintaining and troubleshooting computer hardware and software.
A rating of training and experience, weighted 100%. All related previous experience will be considered for qualification purposes; however, credit on the rating of training and experience will only be given for related experience gained within the last ten (10) years.
This is an original entrance examination.
