Job Title AI Agent & LLM with backend Python (Onsite) Location Onsite in Louisville, KY (Relocation yes) Duration 6+ Months Job Description Python LLMs API Design DevOps Workflow Orchestration Job Requirements Experience in backend Python development, including async programming and API design. Hands‑on experience designing and implementing autonomous AI agents using LLMs (OpenAI, Gemini, etc.) and tool orchestration (LangGraph, Google ADK). Proficiency with context management, workflow planning, and stateful agent design. Experience integrating AI workflows with enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, etc.). Exposure to FinOps, cloud cost optimization, and infrastructure automation. Familiarity with workflow orchestration platforms (Temporal, Airflow, Prefect). Strong understanding of cloud AI ecosystems (Google Vertex AI, ADK, Azure OpenAI). Knowledge of DevOps practices: CI/CD pipelines, containerization, Kubernetes, and cloud native deployment. Experience with reliability engineering, observability, and evaluation harnesses (tracing, logging, dashboards). Familiarity with policy‑driven systems or governance frameworks for AI safety and compliance. Key Responsibilities Design, build, and maintain autonomous AI agents leveraging LLMs and tool orchestration. Develop and optimize context management, workflow planning, with enterprise systems. Ensure reliability engineering, robust evaluation harnesses, and safety/guardrail enforcement. Develop and maintain observability tools for AI systems (tracing, logging, evaluation dashboards). Document agent designs, workflows, safety measures, and architectural decisions. Domain Experience with Google Cloud AI ecosystem (Vertex AI, ADK, etc.) Familiarity with workflow orchestration platforms (Temporal, Airflow, Prefect) Experience building AI‑driven automation platforms or enterprise copilots Knowledge of DevOps practices (CI/CD pipelines, containerization, Kubernetes) Experience with observability tools for AI systems (tracing, logging, evaluation dashboards) Exposure to FinOps / cloud cost optimization / infrastructure automation Familiarity with policy‑driven systems or governance frameworks Soft Skills Excellent communication Strong analytical and debugging mindset Collaboration with distributed teams Documentation and knowledge sharing Ownership and accountability
