Introduction to the job This position is to lead the effort in developing and supporting HMI e-Beam Inspection (EBI) products at customer sites to drive learnings and deliver solutions to next generation e-Beam problems. The person filling this position will be a key driver in collaborating with ASML and customers to develop EBI solutions for yield improvement.
Role and responsibilities
Responsible for application excellence of the installed base, including driving sufficient (high) utilization, recipe setup and maintenance, use case development, and maintaining TTTM.
Drive bug fixes and new features through the SO system; handle emergency service calls as required; provide application training to customers.
Responsible for NPI engagement: demo at HMI and evaluation at customer site.
Responsible for H2H execution (installed base and NPI) at customer sites.
Create BKM and share knowledge across the BKM library.
Collect and analyze use cases as part of customer intelligence.
Prepare and execute EBI at customer sites.
Work with account teams and marketing to define product packages that meet customers’ requirements.
Demonstrate technical leadership through problem solving, training, and presentation.
Own project collaboration and drive technical engagement to meet customer requirements and achieve tool-of-record configuration.
Education and experience
Bachelor’s degree in Physics or Engineering.
Minimum 4‑6 years of relevant work‑related experience as a metrology and inspection engineer from customer or competitor. Less experience required with higher education.
SEM metrology and/or inspection experience is highly desired.
Experience defining market needs based on deep understanding of customers, applications, and products.
Experience working with internal and external customers, understanding requirements, and developing solutions.
Proven experience driving technical projects from inception to completion.
Capable of detailed data analysis and creating experiment summary presentations.
Design of experiments creation for various use cases and sharing of results internally or with a customer.
Excellent problem analysis and solving skills.
Knowledge and hands‑on experience with software and technical tools.

Other information
Prolonged sitting and working at the tool for four hours or longer inside the fab is frequently required.
Must be willing and able to travel up to 15%.
