The Opportunity CACI is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer with proven experience supporting multi‑cloud environments (Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud) in government cloud and FedRAMP High environments to support our client in Rosslyn, VA. The ideal candidate will have strong hands‑on knowledge of Azure DevOps and Bicep for Infrastructure as Code (IaC), with the ability to design, implement, and manage secure, compliant, and scalable cloud infrastructure. This role requires familiarity with enclave restrictions, private endpoints, and secure integration patterns across multiple platforms.
Responsibilities
Design, deploy, and manage secure cloud solutions in Azure Government, AWS GovCloud, and Google Cloud for Government.
Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Bicep and, where appropriate, Terraform or Ansible.
Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps for both application and infrastructure deployments.
Implement and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting aligned with government compliance and security frameworks.
Work with development, operations, and security teams to implement DevSecOps practices that meet FedRAMP, FISMA, and NIST requirements.
Lead troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and performance tuning for secure cloud environments.
Participate in change management and CAB processes within highly regulated environments.
Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
Qualifications Required
Must have at least Secret Clearance or Interim to Start.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
7+ years in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering roles.
Hands‑on experience in Azure Government, AWS GovCloud, and Google Government Cloud.
Proficiency in Azure DevOps (pipelines, repos, boards, artifacts).
Strong knowledge of Bicep for IaC and automation of Azure resources.
Scripting expertise (PowerShell, Python, or Bash).
Familiarity with secure enclave networking (private endpoints, DNS, firewalls, VPN, and VNET/Transit Gateway design).
Strong understanding of FedRAMP, FISMA, and NIST 800‑53 controls.
Desired
Certifications such as Azure Solutions Architect Expert, AWS DevOps Engineer.
Professional, or Google Cloud Professional DevOps Engineer.
Experience with Terraform, Ansible, and Helm.
Familiarity with additional CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, ArgoCD).
Knowledge of secrets management (Azure Key Vault, AWS KMS, HashiCorp Vault).
Experience with cloud cost governance, tagging standards, and chargeback models.
Prior experience with ATO (Authority to Operate) processes and compliance documentation.

Security & Compliance: ScanCentral, SonarQube, Snyk, Aqua, Prisma, secrets management (Azure Key Vault, AWS KMS, HashiCorp Vault).
Networking & API Management: DNS, CDN, firewalls, Application Gateways, API gateways.
Data Services: SQL/NoSQL databases (CosmosDB, DynamoDB, PostgreSQL, MongoDB), backup/recovery strategies.
Containerization & Orchestration (Future Roadmap): Docker, Kubernetes (AKS, EKS, GKE).

Pay Range $113,200 - $237,800
