Senior Project Manager Commercial Construction

Location: Norfolk, Virginia

Duration: Full Time Salary: $150,000 $180,000

We are seeking a senior project manager with deep experience in vertical commercial construction. Ideal candidates will have contributed to large-scale construction projects such as mid-rise buildings, high-rise buildings, data centers, or distribution centers.

• 10+ years of commercial construction management experience
• Experience managing medium to large projects ($20M+)
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Ability to organize project teams to meet project goals
• Effective contract management and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in BIM, Primavera, Excel, Word, MS Project
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Well-rounded knowledge of all construction disciplines
• Strong prioritization and organizational capabilities
• Detail-oriented mindset
• Willing to travel occasionally

• Base Salary: $150,000 $180,000 (USD)
• Full-Time Position
