Global Studio Operations Leader

FaceGym is seeking a Global Head of Operations to manage the day-to-day operations of its studios across the UK and US. The role requires a hands-on, highly organized leader to ensure compliance, operational efficiency, and team development.

The ideal candidate has over 8 years of experience in multi-site operations management, preferably in a consumer-facing environment, and a proven track record in improving operational performance.

This position involves significant collaboration with various teams and direct management of several senior operations managers.
