What You'll Do:

• Lead daily operations (staff, service, and kitchen flow)
• Manage and motivate a team of drivers & our veteran in-store crew
• Ensure fast, high-quality food and great customer service
• Learn our scheduling & ordering processes
• Keep a clean & organized store that runs smoothly
• Starting pay commensurate with experience and proven results, with performance-based bonuses and regular merit-based reviews.
