• Comfortable working independently performing routine nursing assistant procedures
• Managing patients care within the home setting
• Working in an EMR charting program
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure coordinated patient care

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant License
• Active CPR Certification
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
