We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Service Manager to join our team at Casa del Rio in Peoria, AZ. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the service department operations, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and managing a team of service professionals.

• Manage daily operations of the service department to ensure efficiency and quality service delivery.
• Lead, train, and motivate service staff to achieve performance goals and maintain high customer service standards.
• Coordinate with other departments to streamline service processes and improve customer experience.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service issues promptly and professionally.
• Monitor service metrics and prepare reports to track department performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
• Manage inventory and ordering of service parts and supplies as needed.

• Proven experience as a Service Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Familiarity with service management software and tools is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in management or related fields are preferred.
