Medical Assistant

Wednesday and Thursday, every other Friday, Saturday and Sunday 9-7.

Our client is seeking Medical Assistants for multiple locations in the Shiawassee County area.

Positions may include Float to different offices as needed for coverage, as well as Pulmonology, Urology, OB/GYN, Dermatology, Urgent Care and other specialties!

This full-time career opportunity is perfect for any Medical Assistant looking to get out of the same old routine!

As a Medical Assistant you will provide competent clinical care (vital signs, EKG, injections, manual BP, etc.) You will be required to prep exam rooms with necessary sterilized instruments. The ideal Medical Assistant will work well with front and back-office staff!

Ideal candidates will possess the following qualifications:

• 1-year minimum experience as a Medical Assistant. A certification from Accredited Medical Assistant program is preferred.
• Have CPR, or BLS certification.
• Perform manual BPs.
• Ability for prolonged standing and walking.
• Good organizational skills.
• Must pass a background check and drug test.
