ACT Program Director/Team Lead

The Program Director/Team Leader leads the team in providing ACT services to individuals with chronic mental illness who require intensive outpatient treatment. This individual gives clinical guidance, direction, and support to their team and to the consumers of the Impact program. The Program Director/Team Leader is responsible for the administration of the ACT Impact outpatient treatment program in accordance with policies and procedures, and Medicaid, and CARF standards. Considerable independent judgment is used in carrying out the duties.

REQUIRED: Must have received, or be willing to receive the COVID-19 vaccine by the date of hire. Proof of vaccination is required.
