Enrichment Therapy & Learning Center is seeking an experienced, fully licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to join our Johnston team as a *Lead SLP and member of our Leadership Team*.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced clinician who is passionate about pediatric therapy and ready to take the next step into leadership. The Lead SLP plays a vital role in shaping clinical excellence, supporting and mentoring fellow providers, leading key initiatives and projects, and helping drive the continued growth of our organization.
This position offers a *lighter clinical caseload* to allow dedicated time for leadership responsibilities, including staff development, onboarding, program initiatives, and clinical quality improvement.

What You'll Do
* Provide individualized, evidence-based speech and language therapy services.
* Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and monitor client progress.
* Collaborate closely with families and interdisciplinary team members.
* Support literacy and dyslexia programming.
* Deliver exceptional, family-centered care while serving as a clinical leader within the organization.
Leadership Responsibilities
* Serve as a member of the ETLC Leadership Team and help shape the vision and growth of our clinical services.
* Mentor and support Speech-Language Pathologists, Clinical Fellows, and other providers.
* Lead onboarding and orientation of new team members.
* Facilitate trainings, clinical education opportunities, and professional development initiatives.
* Supervise and mentor Clinical Fellows.
* Lead and participate in special projects, program development, and process improvement initiatives.
* Partner with leadership to improve clinical operations, provider experience, and quality of care.
* Serve as a go-to clinical resource and trusted leader within the organization.
* Help foster a collaborative, positive, and growth-oriented team culture.
Qualifications
* Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
* Current Iowa Speech-Language Pathology license.
* Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP).
* Minimum of 5 years of pediatric experience preferred.
* Previous leadership, mentoring, supervision, or program development experience strongly preferred.
* Passion for individualized, family-centered care and team collaboration.
* Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
