The Data Analyst supports advanced analytics and customer experience insights by preparing, validating, and delivering high-quality data and reporting. This role focuses on data mining, dashboarding, and automation to enable more senior analytics team members to drive insights and business outcomes. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Build and maintain standardized data pipelines and datasets to support ongoing reporting and analytics work. Perform data reconciliation and validation checks to ensure accuracy across reports and dashboards. Create and optimize repeatable reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort. Document data definitions, logic, and processes to support consistency and scalability of reporting. Respond to ad hoc data requests by pulling and preparing datasets based on defined requirements. Monitor existing reports and dashboards for performance, accuracy, and usability improvements. Collaborate with analytics team members to support data needs for deeper analysis and modeling efforts. Assist in identifying opportunities to automate manual data processes and improve workflow efficiency. Basic Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience - Five to seven years of statistical and/or data analytics experience Preferred Skills/Experience - Working knowledge of analytics and statistical software such as SQL, R, Python, Excel, Hadoop, SAS, SPSS, Alteryx, Tableau, Power BI, Geo-spatial tools and others to perform analysis and interpret data - Strong experience in data extraction, validation, and reporting - Proven ability to build and maintain dashboards and recurring reports (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) - Attention to data accuracy, quality control, and consistency - Experience in analytics, advanced analytics/statistics, predictive modeling - Strong analytic skills with the ability to extract, collect, organize, analyze and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets - Demonstrated project management skills - Effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills If there's anything we can do to accommodate a disability during any portion of the application or hiring process, please refer to our disability accommodations for applicants.
