Job Overview We are seeking a Quality Assurance Coordinator to support our management staff with ensuring that internal business productivity and quality are being upheld to a high industry standard. This is a remote position. To qualify for the fully remote position, the applicant must be located more than 90 miles from any NSB location.
Responsibilities
Monitor agent inbound/outbound calls
Assess calls for compliance, quality, efficiency, and performance
Review agent files for compliance, quality, efficiency, and performance
Identify re‑training and coaching opportunities
Effectively communicate coaching opportunities through the proper channels
Support internal quality control policy and procedures
Track performance at department, team, and individual levels
Other duties as assigned
Required Skills
Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks and requests
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Ability to provide effective feedback both verbally and in writing
Exceptional attention to detail
Positive attitude and approach
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
Experience with operational audits
Ability to work independently and within a team
Willingness to exemplify our Core Values
Spanish‑English bilingual preferred
