IDR is seeking a Inside Sales Manager to join one of our top clients for an amazing opportunity in the greater Nashville area.
This role involves leading the development and growth of a new inside sales organization within a technology-driven company focused on commercial payments. The manager will have the chance to build, coach, and develop a high-performance team while driving aggressive sales strategies and contributing to significant company expansion.
Position Overview for the Inside Sales Manager: Lead and manage a team of Inside Sales Representatives to achieve sales targets. Recruit, onboard, and develop top sales talent to foster a high-performance culture. Coach team members daily, review pipelines, and optimize sales processes. Implement demand generation and outbound sales strategies to boost growth. Collaborate with leadership to shape organizational growth and sales initiatives. Requirements for the Inside Sales Manager:
2+ years leading an inside sales team or 4+ years as a top-performing outbound sales professional. Proven experience in developing sales teams, coaching, and performance management. Strong proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce and sales analytics. Ability to build and implement high-velocity sales and demand generation strategies.
