Job Overview Experience Experts are pivotal to delivering best‑in‑class customer service in our Experience stores. They use advanced systems and tools to resolve customer needs—from research to resolution—while collaborating with Customer Service and Engineering to create a one‑stop solution. These experts receive comprehensive training and ongoing development to excel in sales and service, fostering a culture of recognition and growth.
Job Responsibilities
Sell appropriate products, features, and services based on customer needs.
Resolve customer pain points in a single interaction using in‑store systems and digital tools.
Complete ongoing training to stay current and become a subject‑matter expert in all T‑Mobile offerings.
Leverage digital tools consistently during customer interactions and onboarding.
Work collaboratively to build and contribute to a culture of sales and service excellence.
Demonstrate success in resolving sales and customer service pain points.
Education
High School Diploma or GED (Required)
Work Experience
12+ months tenure as a Mobile Expert (Neighborhood/Signature), Elite Account Expert, or Elite Tech Expert (Required)
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Strong customer service skills; passion, integrity, and energy to create a dynamic work environment.
Retail sales experience in high‑volume environments and ability to work in varied physical settings.
Strong organizational skills: multi‑tasking, versatility, communication, and attention to detail.
Ability to train local retail sales associates and partner sales associates in a unique event environment.
Proficiency in basic mathematics and calculator use.
Pass certification and quarterly re‑certification process.
Exceeds company average in sales metrics (Preferred).
Demonstrated system and tool knowledge with the ability and aptitude to learn new skills (Preferred).
Strong problem‑solving skills and calm, professional demeanor when handling escalations (Preferred).
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously (Preferred).
Passion for people, teams, and T‑Mobile values (Preferred).
Requirements
At least 18 years of age.
Legally authorized to work in the United States.
Travel: No DOT Regulated Position: No Safety Sensitive Position: No
Hourly Base Pay: $32.00 Annualized Incentive Target: $7,200 All employees have a guaranteed minimum hourly earnings of $20, inclusive of base pay and incentives. Eligible employees also receive an annual stock grant.
