Position Summary We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Business Analyst. In this role, the successful candidate will collaborate with Payroll, MCIT, and Human Resources teams to ensure that UKG Pro and Finance Salesforce technology enhancements and upgrades are optimized to meet the needs of all employees across the organization. The Business Analyst develops and administers various training programs to promote best practices and compliance with institutional policies relating to the enterprise timekeeping application, UKG Pro. Additionally, the Business Analyst supports documentation, testing and training of Finance Salesforce enhancements for the UKG Training and Support Helpdesk and Finance Helpdesk. The Business Analyst will identify opportunities to improve existing policies and procedures, support continuous improvement activities, develop and execute test scripts, analyze end‑user impact of all change requests or enhancements and implement process or procedural improvements to create efficiency and high end‑user satisfaction. Job Responsibilities Data Analysis Conduct data analyses using UKG Pro, Finance Salesforce, PeopleSoft, Tableau, Excel, and other tools to identify trends, recurring issues, process gaps, compliance concerns, and improvement opportunities. Monitor UKG system compliance and review timekeeping activity for training needs or process gaps. Provide recommendations to support process improvement and strengthen compliance with Finance time‑keeping policies. Develop and analyze operational reports and dashboards related to UKG Pro and Finance Salesforce support activities. Prepare reporting and analytics for leadership and stakeholders to monitor progress and support decision‑making. Project Management Manage multiple system, process improvement, training, testing, reporting, compliance monitoring, and change management initiatives. Support projects related to system enhancements, defect resolution, upgrade readiness, UAT, policy updates, training, reporting, and compliance. Track project tasks, document open items, coordinate with stakeholders, and provide timely updates. Facilitate status meetings, monitor timelines, and ensure documentation is complete. Document defects, enhancements, and compliance concerns for UKG Pro and Finance Salesforce. Change Management Create engaging PowerPoint presentations for leadership. Assist in developing financial system test scripts for UKG Pro and Finance Salesforce. Collaborate with Payroll and IT to document and evaluate test results. Analyze end‑user impact of change requests or enhancements. Document and update policies and procedures related to financial activities. Identify training and development needs and produce effective training programs. Document inbound correspondence in Salesforce and support communications. Assist Senior Business Analyst with communications related to UKG Pro and Finance Salesforce. Administer training initiatives. Content Creation Design, develop, and modify training programs, including video courses. Amend and revise programs as needed. Create and compile training materials and manuals. Perform all other duties or special projects as assigned. Additional Position Specific Responsibilities Ensure end‑user service both internally and externally, communicate clearly and promptly, organize tasks, demonstrate initiative, creative thinking, manage multiple tasks and projects, maintain confidentiality of financial information, demonstrate trustworthiness and integrity, facilitate a team atmosphere, cooperate and communicate effectively and harmoniously with peers and staff, and maintain professional conduct. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration or Management. Minimum two years of work experience in business process analysis, financial or data analysis or related tasks. Analytical and computer skills to support analysis, documentation, and recommendations for process improvements. Solid communication skills for interviews, information gathering, and concise reporting. Detail oriented and able to work independently and within a team on multiple projects. Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office with emphasis on Excel, Word and Visio. Experience with PeopleSoft Query and Alteryx/Tableau is desired but not required. Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with UKG Pro Workforce Management, Salesforce, Tableau, PeopleSoft, and Learning Management Systems. Advanced Excel skills, experience in content creation, proficiency in Camtasia, Audiate, Articulate 360 or equivalent. Qualified candidates must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization. Actual salary depends on experience, specialty, education, and hospital need. The salary range does not include bonuses or incentive pay.
