Location: Bellevue, WA.
This role provides hands‑on learning, professional growth, and exposure to enterprise‑level IT technologies. You will work closely with an experienced IT leadership team to support end‑users across our organization.
What You’ll Do
Provide desktop and end‑user support for Microsoft Windows environments
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues
Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, peripherals, and applications
Support Microsoft Office and other business applications
Respond to and track support requests in a timely and professional manner
Document technical issues, resolutions, and support procedures
Maintain organized inventory and asset tracking for IT equipment
Collaborate with IT staff to support infrastructure and operational initiatives
Required Qualifications
Minimum 1–2 years of experience supporting a Microsoft Windows work environment
Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities
Professional communication and customer‑service skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a fast‑paced environment
Experience supporting desktop hardware and software applications
Ability to travel to other offices in the Puget Sound Region about 25% of the time
Preferred Qualifications
Previous Help Desk or Service Desk experience
Experience with Active Directory, Microsoft 365, or endpoint management tools
Familiarity with ticketing systems and IT documentation practices
Technical certifications (CompTIA A+, Microsoft certifications, etc.)
