As an early sales hire at a company that's redefining the landscape of AI-driven KYC and AML solutions, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the go-to-market strategy and driving revenue growth. With a focus on B2B sales, you'll leverage your expertise in financial services and fintech to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities. Your success will be measured by your ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and drive meaningful conversations about the value of AI-powered compliance solutions. You'll be working closely with a talented team of professionals who share your passion for innovation and customer satisfaction.
What we're looking for:
4-8 years of experience in sales or business development within the fintech or financial services industry
Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B setting
Deep understanding of KYC and AML regulations and their impact on financial institutions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Must be based in the United States.
