Key Responsibilities
Maintain and manage the company's master sales dataset, ensuring consistency and data integrity.
Analyze sales data to identify patterns, trends, and performance benchmarks.
Create clear, visual reports using charts, graphs, and tables to communicate insights.
Present data-driven recommendations to influence sales strategies and decision-making.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales tactics with broader business objectives.
Continuously refine and improve data gathering, analysis methods, and internal procedural documentation.
Perform additional job-related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Data Analysis, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a data or sales analysis role.
Must be 21 years of age or older.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Microsoft Teams.
Skills and Abilities
Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently or within a team.
Effective time management, problem-solving, and adaptability.
Work Environment
Light physical effort with occasional lifting of items under 10 lbs.
Extended periods of sitting, standing, or computer use.
Requires manual dexterity and fine motor skills.
