Description Do you have a passion for leveraging digital platforms to create seamless, data-driven experiences? The Senior Business Analyst, Digital Platforms & Integrations, serves as a key liaison between business stakeholders, IT, and external vendors. Reporting to the IT Director of Digital and Enterprise Systems, this role is responsible for supporting, enhancing, and testing enterprise digital platforms—particularly product content, DAM, and syndication solutions—while ensuring integrations, data flows, and operational processes function as intended. The position plays a hands on role in testing, issue resolution, vendor coordination, and ongoing platform optimization, helping to deliver scalable and high performing digital solutions across the organization.
Ingredients Platform & Application Support
Provide day to day functional support for enterprise digital platforms, including product content and media syndication systems (e.g., Syndigo and related integrations).
Serve as a subject matter expert for platform configuration, business rules, security roles, and functional behavior.
Troubleshoot issues related to data imports, exports, transformations, and validation—leveraging business acumen and an understanding of master data and how it is used across systems to identify root causes.
Integration & Testing
Plan, execute, and document system, integration, and regression testing across environments (DEV, QA, UAT, Production as applicable).
Validate data flows between systems (e.g., DAM → Syndication, recipe or item/product level imports).
Coordinate testing activities with internal IT teams and external vendors to ensure releases meet business requirements.
Vendor & Partner Coordination
Act as primary support on assigned systems, interfacing with third party vendors/implementation partners for support.
Participate in recurring vendor scrum and status meetings by providing progress updates, identifying and escalating issues, and confirming action items and next steps.
Review vendor deliverables, test results, and proposed changes to ensure alignment with business needs.
Business Analysis & Documentation
Gather, clarify, and document business requirements, and acceptance criteria.
Translate business needs into functional specifications and test scenarios.
Maintain clear documentation related to integrations, testing outcomes, and known issues.
Operational Coordination & Issue Management
Monitor, triage, and support production issues, working within IT and vendors through resolution.
Communicate status, risks, and impacts to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.
Support continuous improvement by identifying process gaps and recommending enhancements.
Equipment
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Business, a related field or equivalent experience.
Strong experience as a Business Analyst or functional lead supporting enterprise systems.
Hands on experience with system testing, integrations, and data validation.
Instructions
Lead functional testing and coordinate QA activities to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Analyze system integrations and data flow analysis to identify issues and optimize performance.
Collaborate closely with vendors and cross-functional stakeholders to drive project success.
Exceptional interpersonal skills, including strong written and verbal communication.
Ability to develop & maintain relationships while collaborating cross-functionally within areas of the business, with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong attention to detail and follow through.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Work confidently across multiple environments (DEV/QA/PROD).
