Requirements
At least 2 years of sales support or customer service experience
Strong commitment to company values and the ability to work in a fast paced, team environment
Excellent customer service skills (friendly, courteous and helpful)
Strong sales, organization, analytic and time‑management skills

Job Purpose The successful candidate will be accountable for supporting a sales region(s) and assisting in the acquisition and maintenance of new and existing customers.
Accountabilities
Assist with daily sales reporting
Develop and maintain healthy relationships with existing and new customers
Support the sales team in attaining sales targets
Communicate trends to the sales team to help in research and planning
Maintain and update the database regularly
Work closely with the Sales Rep managing the market to maximize activities and results
Make outgoing client calls in support of the organization’s sales requirements
Prioritize and respond to incoming client calls and emails
