In-Home Sales Representative

Average first-year earnings: $150k-$200k - uncapped commissions and bonuses. Top performers earn: $300k+. Location: hybrid work schedule in Charlotte NC.
As a full-time, W-2 outside sales representative, you'll meet with 8-12 pre-qualified homeowners each week, deliver in-home presentations, recommend solutions, and close high-ticket sales.
What you'll do:
- Meet with 2 to 3 qualified customers daily
- Inspect homes and recommend roofing, siding, windows, gutters, and doors
- Present financing options and close sales
- Build lasting customer relationships
- Participate in ongoing sales training

Qualifications:
- Sales experience preferred, not required
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required (drive times 30-90 minutes from home)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with a competitive mindset
- Weekend availability (6 days/week)
- Industry experience is a plus
