Job Overview
DaBella is one of the fastest-growing home improvement companies in the country. We are seeking a Data Analyst to support business growth through metrics, reporting, and data-driven insights. This role supports leadership and cross-functional teams by delivering accurate reporting, trend analysis, and scalable analytics solutions.
Location : On-Site, Austin, TX
Full Time: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
Compensation: $75,000 - 90,000K
Job Responsibilities Identify, compile, analyze, and deliver data and reports needed across the organization Collect, analyze, and interpret internal and external data to support business decisions Develop, maintain, and manage dashboards, reporting, and analytics using Tableau, Power BI, or similar BI tools Create reporting templates and dashboards accessible to multiple levels of staff Conduct basic and moderately complex analyses to identify trends, patterns, and insights Translate analytical findings into clear, actionable reports for management Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and reporting requirements Assist with the development of business requirements and specifications for data projects Monitor, audit, and validate data to ensure accuracy and integrity Support data governance, quality initiatives, and continuous improvement of reporting processes Provide support and guidance to junior analysts or end users as needed Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field 2-5 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence Proven experience with Tableau, Power BI, or similar BI/data visualization tools Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with other data analysis tools Working knowledge of SQL and data querying Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems preferred Understanding of data analysis techniques, dashboards, modeling, querying, and workflows Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large data sets and draw logical conclusions Strong attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and quality Solid understanding of data sources, data organization, and reporting best practices Ability to present data clearly to non-technical stakeholders Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team Ability to take direction and respond effectively to constructive feedback Benefits & Perks:
