Provide skilled nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting Develop and implement individualized care plans with the interdisciplinary team Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare providers Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement activities Maintain accurate and complete records of patient care and treatment Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Requirements:
Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of Missouri High school diploma or equivalent required Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions Strong communication and interpersonal skills
