Job Overview We are looking for a data‑driven leader who can transform data into a compelling story. The right candidate will examine multiple metrics, uncover inter‑relationships, and help leadership understand the “what” and the “why” behind business performance. This role combines hands‑on leadership with deep analytical expertise, guiding teams through ambiguous business questions, supporting thoughtful analysis, and translating insights into actionable recommendations. Responsibilities Help business leaders understand performance across phone and digital sales experiences, including key trends, risks, opportunities, and recommended actions. Lead planning and forecasting for new business, identifying key assumptions and drivers of future performance. Oversee monthly reporting and ongoing performance analysis, ensuring results are accurate, clearly explained, and connected to business outcomes. Guide deeper analysis into meaningful performance changes to determine root causes, identify opportunities, and inform leadership decisions. Partner with Finance, data/reporting, and analytics teams to ensure consistent reporting, shared understanding of business results, and continued improvement of reporting and analytical processes. Define and advance an AI‑ and automation‑focused roadmap to improve analytical efficiency, standard reporting, and insight generation. Qualifications Administrative oversight and strong leadership skills, with experience developing analytical talent and increasing team influence. Master’s degree in Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field; a Ph.D. is helpful. At least 8 years of relevant experience (typically 10) with exceptional planning, analytical, decision‑making, and project management skills. Expert knowledge of data sources, analytical tools, statistical techniques, and business drivers; industry knowledge is critical. Ability to guide others through ambiguous business questions and support thoughtful analysis. Work Location The role may have in‑office requirements based on the candidate’s location.
