Über
Provide high‑level support to commercial real estate brokerage producers in the Las Vegas office.
Location On‑site – Las Vegas, NV
Responsibilities Business Operations
Gather market research information to create client deliverables such as market surveys, tour books, and competitive sets.
Prepare deal documents including Requests for Proposals, Letters of Intent, renewal letters, leasing status reports, and customer & prospect correspondence.
Update and maintain the company CRM database to track prospects, clients, and deal information.
Marketing
Manage and maintain all listings on CoStar, LoopNet, View the Space, and Hightower.
Prepare property marketing flyers, brochures, and email distributions.
Create and edit presentations, pitches, and client deliverables for prospect/client meetings.
Assist and participate in planning industry functions or client events and open houses.
Finance
Collect and process deal file paperwork; calculate, generate, and send invoices using JLL’s accounting platform.
Track and process broker expense reports according to the JLL T&E policy.
Administrative
General duties such as printing, binding, scheduling meetings, greeting clients, conference room set‑up, office maintenance, broker IT support, making travel arrangements, and front desk coverage as needed.
Qualifications Required
3+ years of relevant experience supporting multiple people in the commercial real estate industry or another professional services organization.
Expert proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, with the ability to learn new software and JLL’s in‑house platforms.
Experience with Adobe InDesign.
Preferred
Exceptional project management capabilities, including multi‑tasking, prioritization, deadline management, and the ability to work both independently and with a team.
Incredibly resourceful, proactive, detail‑oriented, and willing to learn with a positive attitude and drive for personal growth and development.
Able to exercise discretion and professionalism when handling confidential and private information.
Excellent proofreading and editing abilities.
Compensation Estimated compensation: 70,000.00 – 82,000.00 USD per year.
