Job Details Job Location: The Audi Exchange - Highland Park, IL 60035 Salary Range: $150,000.00 - $200,000.00 Commission/year Job Shift: Day Semersky Enterprises Inc dba Audi Exchange is looking for a high-performing Automotive Sales Manager to join our team of Automotive professionals. Audi Exchange is a family-owned and operated business and is one of the nation's top auto dealerships. We offer our customers a high-end experience and focus on exceptional service. The New-Vehicle Sales Manager is responsible for ensuring customer retention and profitability in this profit center by hiring, training, and measuring the performance of salespeople and establishing customer-focused sales standards. What we offer Competitive commission based pay plan, with average annual income between $150,000-$200,000 401k and Roth retirement savings options Medical, Dental, Vision insurance Voluntary benefits such as short term disability, long term disability, accident insurance, critical illness, life insurance Paid time off and paid Holidays Supportive and engaged leadership What you’ll do for us Manage, lead, and inspire a top performing sales team Mentor and coach sales team on best practices and set them up for success Work closely with dealership leadership to meet monthly sales goals Maintain and optimize new car inventory Provide top tier customer service, ensuring return clientele Ensure compliance with all regulatory agencies What you bring to the Dealership Highline automotive sales experience, Audi or VW experience preferred Strong leadership skills with proven track record of mentoring and developing the next generation Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly Ability to communicate effectively and professionally across all departments Strong sense of urgency Qualifications Education and/or Experience High School Diploma Required Some college preferred, but not required Five years previous experience required To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
