Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm
Hybrid Position
Local travel to other corporate locations as needed
Job Summary: As Manager of Applications at Endeavor Health, you will lead the development, testing, configuration, optimization, and implementation services of solutions specific to areas of responsibility. You will manage the full life cycle of these solutions, from strategic planning, development, and maintenance through launch. Your focus will be on identifying opportunities to reduce manual effort, contribute to organizational growth, promote patient and user experience, and create innovative operational solutions. You will build strong relationships with key stakeholders and promote consistent use of available tools, techniques, workflows, and platforms. This role includes leading Business Application teams, including ServiceNow and Salesforce.
What you will do:
Manage end-to-end activities for the assigned solutions portfolio and develop and lead teams for high-performance outcomes.
Provide support and guidance for solution implementation, including planning, technical setup, building, testing, training, deployment, optimization, and support.
Establish relationships with domain leaders to understand strategic business needs and user needs; identify business requirements to guide specifications.
Lead or participate in governance committees to collaborate with stakeholders on priority and workload.
Develop strong partnerships with fellow leaders to identify synergies and opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with vendors to ensure systems and solutions meet or exceed Endeavor Health’s needs.
Contribute to activities such as capital and operating budgets, policy and procedure development and adherence, talent management and acquisition, governance activities, and other duties as assigned.
Remain updated on latest market technologies and promote relevant implementations. Participate in industry organizations such as HIMSS, CHIME, Epic UGM / XGM, VMWare World, as appropriate.
Collaborate and actively participate across functional components led by other leaders to achieve seamless, effective, and efficient outcomes.
Manage service delivery and SLAs by guiding incident resolution, problem management, maintenance, and enhancement tickets raised by end users for assigned applications.
Participate in contract negotiation.
Enforce data governance and security policies and procedures to maintain data quality, consistency, and confidentiality.
What you will need:
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
Experience:
Three (3) or more years managing processes, applications, or systems in a healthcare setting or a related industry.
Two (2) or more years of leadership experience as defined as essential to the role.
Unique or Preferred Skills:
Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills essential.
Solid understanding of information processing fundamentals and best practices.
Ability to manage multiple complex projects with efficiency.
Strong domain knowledge and interpersonal skills.
Ability to plan, lead, and implement initiatives.
Personal and ethical accountability.
Demonstrated analytical and critical thinking for problem solving and issue resolution.
Curiosity, out-of-the-box thinking, and innovative mindset.
