Über
Lead the design and implementation of secure Okta configurations to strengthen MFA controls and overall identity security posture. Responsibilities
Define the target state for Okta hardening Establish a security baseline and configuration standards Design the MFA segmentation model (external populations / tenants) Define KPIs and hardening score model Oversee Terraform-based deployments (IaC) Support migration to Okta Identity Engine (OIE) Provide guidance during ITP (Identity Threat Protection) PoV Requirements
Robust expertise in Okta (architecture & security) Experience with Terraform (Infrastructure as Code) Experience with MFA strategies and identity security Valuable understanding of Okta tenants / external user management Ability to define architecture, frameworks, and governance Nice to have
Experience with Okta ITP Experience with OIE migrations Exposure to large-scale IAM programs ACCESSIBILITY
