Premier commercial landscape firm seeks a professional to bring contracts and proposals for maintenance and enhancements of class A properties in Central Florida.
Property targets include corporate office, industrial sites, large HOA's, and retail shopping centers.
The ideal candidate will possess creative skills to approach commercial property managers and owners to drive growth by securing long-term commercial landscape maintenance contracts through lasting client relationships.
What You'll Do• Procure commercial landscape maintenance contracts and enhancements projects• Hunt commercial real estate locations for landscape opportunities
Target Property Managers, HOA Boards, Developers, and Facility Directors• Conduct site inspections and identify enhancement opportunities• Prepare and present competitive, profitable proposals• Represent the company at industry and association events• Collaborate with operations to ensure smooth project transitions• Maintain long-term client relationships and identify expansion opportunities What You Bring• The talent to get in front of the appropriate clientele and close deals.
Commercial landscape experience NOT REQUIRED with proven B2B sales success including service contract closing experience.• Solutions oriented individual with confidence approaching commercial property representatives and owners.• Professional presence with strong communication and presentation skills• Self-starter who can manage territory and time effectively to hunt new business What We Offer
